Shipping & Delivery

  1. We deliver anywhere within our coverage area. Availability will be confirmed when you enter your zip code on the Shopping Cart page and at the Delivery Address.

  2. Payments via bank slip, both at physical branches and through Internet Banking, may take up to 3 (three) business days to be confirmed. After payment confirmation, your order will be released. If the bank slip is not paid within 2 (two) business days, the order will be automatically canceled.

  3. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during business hours, and may occur until 9 PM, except on holidays.

  4. Small to medium-sized products (such as scanners, injector nozzle cleaners, battery testers, etc.) will be delivered to the concierge of buildings, in front of the consumer's house, or at the commercial establishment, according to the address indicated in the registration. Large products (such as lifts, wheel balancers, tire changers) will only be delivered to commercial establishments, according to the address registered with the CNPJ (Brazilian company registration number). For lifts, the customer must provide a Munck truck or other equipment for product unloading.

  5. Refuse delivery if the outer packaging shows any type of damage.

  6. The delivery can be received by concierge staff, secretaries, family members, or anyone present at the location, provided they sign the delivery receipt and present a valid identification document.

  7. If the recipient is not located or delivery cannot be made to another person at the informed address, we will make two more attempts. If the first attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the third attempt fails due to no one being present at the location, the order will be canceled and the merchandise will return to the warehouse.

  8. Upon receiving your delivery, check the Invoice and the products in the packaging. Keep them, as they will be necessary for any potential return.

  9. If the product(s) are not delivered within the estimated timeframe, as indicated in the "Your delivery has started" notice, please contact us immediately, via chat, email, or phone, so we can assist you.

  10. Delivery of the product(s) normally does not include installation, unless this was expressly specified at the time of purchase in our Online Store.

Risk and Title of Ownership

  1. From the moment of delivery, responsibility for the products will transfer to you.

  2. Title of ownership to the products will transfer to you only after delivery and confirmation of receipt.
