The iSmartEV RT100 is an insulation resistance tester specially developed for measuring insulation resistance in electric vehicles. This device is an essential tool for the maintenance and diagnosis of vehicle electrical systems, offering a wide range of functionalities and features to ensure accurate and safe measurements. It supports resistance measurements with different output voltages and offers three measurement modes: comparative, continuous, and timed. Additionally, it is capable of measuring both DC and AC voltage, making it highly versatile and reliable.

The iSmartEV RT100 is designed to measure the insulation resistance of electric vehicle electrical systems, with support for various output voltages, including 500V, 1000V, 2500V, and 5000V. Depending on the voltage, the resistance measurement range varies from 10MΩ to 1000GΩ, covering a wide range of testing requirements.
The device offers three measurement modes: comparative measurement, continuous measurement, and timed measurement. These modes allow the technician to choose the most suitable approach for the type of test to be performed, whether for constant monitoring, resistance comparisons, or tests over time.
In addition to insulation resistance, the RT100 also allows for precise measurements of DC voltage and AC voltage, which makes the device even more useful in electrical system diagnostics. The voltage measurement range goes from ±30 V to ±600 V, with an accuracy of ±2%, covering a variety of situations in electric vehicles and related systems.
The tester is equipped with smart alarms, including a low resistance alarm and an overload alarm, ensuring that the technician is alerted to any issues during testing. Furthermore, it has high voltage indications, offering an additional layer of safety when working with high-voltage systems.
