What is the difference between the CRT 711 and the CRT-511?

The CRT 711 is Android-based, with a larger 7-inch screen, more memory and more advanced diagnostic features than the CRT-511.

Does it diagnose more than TPMS?

Yes, it has smart diagnostic functions such as reading/clearing DTCs and live data streaming.

Do I need to relearn the sensor after installing it?

Yes. Whenever a sensor is installed or replaced, you need to run the relearn procedure so the module recognizes the new sensor, reads the pressure correctly and the TPMS light turns off on the dashboard.

What does a TPMS light on the dashboard mean?

It can indicate incorrect pressure in one of the tires, a sensor with a low battery, a sensor not yet recognized by the module or a communication failure. Diagnosing with TPMS equipment shows which case it is before replacing any part.
