The Advanced 3D Aligner was developed for workshops seeking more precision, productivity, and space savings in vehicle alignment. Approved by two major manufacturers, Volvo and Volkswagen, it allows for diagnosis and adjustments directly on the workshop floor or lifts, without the need for fixed ramps.

With a mobile tower, 4K cameras, real-time data reading, and a 32-inch monitor, it offers a more practical, modern, and ergonomic operation. The LED indicator guides the user during the measurement process, making the technician's job easier and the procedure faster and safer.

Its system compensates for up to 13% unevenness in the lift or vehicle, ensuring precision even on structures that are not perfectly level. Additionally, it features anti-glare targets with universal fixation, reducing external interference and allowing for more stable measurements in passenger cars, vans, and pick-ups.

The Advanced performs various types of measurements, such as wheelbase, track, cross-dimensions, wheel diameter, and identification of divergent or irregular tires, aiding in the detection of structural damage, geometry problems, and possible failures that could lead to future wear.

Another differential is the EZ Convergence technology, which allows for adjusting toe with the wheels steered to the left or right, facilitating access in vehicles with harder-to-reach adjustment bars and eliminating the need for a steering wheel lock in this type of procedure.
