Description
AVILOO is an advanced diagnostic solution for electric and hybrid vehicle batteries, developed to provide a precise, reliable, and traceable technical evaluation of the battery's State of Health (SoH).
Unlike a conventional scanner, AVILOO collects real-time data directly from the battery management system (BMS) via the OBD-II connection. Its methodology is based on dynamic measurements taken during real vehicle use, allowing for a much more comprehensive analysis of battery behavior under load.
During diagnosis, the system evaluates essential parameters of the high-voltage pack, such as system temperature, individual cell voltage, current under load, effective capacity delivered by the battery, thermal and electrical deviations between cells, and the battery's true State of Health.
The AVILOO solution offers two types of tests: AVILOO Premium, suitable for a complete battery analysis through a useful discharge cycle, and AVILOO Flash, developed for quick diagnostics, lasting an average of 30 minutes, ideal for pre-purchase inspections, technical evaluations, screenings, and commercial processes for electrified vehicles.
With auditable and traceable technical reports, AVILOO helps workshops, dealerships, fleets, insurance companies, rental companies, and specialized businesses make more informed decisions regarding the purchase, sale, maintenance, warranty, and valuation of electric and hybrid vehicles.
